Question: Why is the customers order taking long to provision?
Answer: An order might be taking long to provision due to one of the following two reasons:
1. The reseller domain and MPN not being validated; From your CloudBlue Reseller Portal check on under “My Partnerships” if your domain and MPN has been validated.
2. Additional information might be required for the customer; Login as the customer then click on “Services” from the left naviation menu, and then click on the newly purchased subscription. Click on “Open activation Form” to complete/correct the information required and click on submit.
